Lighting, a comfortable setting, a desk or writing table (some people like to write standing up) a desktop or lap top that is easy to work on while writing. Your office environment should enhance the experience of writing and creating your articles. Some people need neat, clean office space; others have desks that look like the recycling center at the dump. Yet both can write compelling and interesting content. With your mind stretching done, now is the time to get into the writing mode. Take your idea and begin to run with it. Break down the elements into paragraph headers and sub paragraphs. Keep sketching the outline until you reach a close ended thought. Now you have it! Your outline is ready for the edit and refining run.

Take a break and give it a fresh look; make some changes and then print it out. Presto, you are now ready to put it all together.
